In exchange we ask for what we can’t buy: a named testimonial, your site’s logo, one approved case study after your first full study cycle, and the occasional 20-minute reference call. When the spots are filled, the program closes.

Is my data mine — and what happens if I leave?
Yes. Full export on demand, anytime, in standard formats. No lock-in and no exit fee — your records are yours, during the subscription and after it.
What does the per-site price include?
One flat monthly rate per site — unlimited users, no per-seat fees. Tiers differ by study volume and capability (billing engine, API access, support level), not by how many people you add. Add your whole team without watching the invoice climb.
Is there a setup fee or annual lock-in?
No setup fee, and no hard annual lock-in — pay monthly, or save up to 20% with annual prepay. Switching from spreadsheets, binders, or another system? We move your data and stand up your studies with you — most sites are live in one working session. It’s part of onboarding, not a separate purchase, and it’s never a blocker to getting started on day one.
What does migration actually look like?
Tell us what you’re moving from — spreadsheets, binders, another CTMS, or a mix. We map your active studies, subjects, and documents, and get them into Nexrial with you on the call. No data-entry marathon on your end.
Is Nexrial validated against 21 CFR Part 11?
Nexrial is designed and tested against 21 CFR Part 11 — native e-signatures, an immutable audit trail, and access controls. Validation documentation is available for your procurement and sponsor review. (Nexrial is software, not a compliance certification — the controls are real; the attestation is yours to make with the evidence we provide.)
Do you sign a HIPAA BAA?
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is executed before any PHI is entered into the Service — not after onboarding, not on request.
Can sponsors reimburse the cost?
Often, yes. We provide documentation to include Nexrial in your study budget for sponsor reimbursement.
